Do you have a question about shipping?
I would like to pick up the items from you
We are happy to offer you the opportunity to pick up the items directly from our factory. Please contact us for this.
Important to know! Our presses are preferably transported upright. With a total height of approx. 2.4m, the maximum loading height of most short-range trucks is exceeded.
I would like to have the items delivered
We organize the delivery for you. As soon as your items are ready for dispatch, they are loaded onto the trucks of the commissioned logistics service provider - including suitable transport packaging.
Important to know! Only the unloading and insertion is your task. Access for 40t trucks must be provided.
Why is the shipment carried out without operating materials?
When delivered, the hydraulic oil tank of our workshop presses is empty.
Important to know! The legislator requires transport without operating materials. We are happy to offer you the right hydraulic oil in our accessories. Transport is carried out in separate canisters.
Do you have a question about availability and delivery time?
Are my selected items available immediately?
The delivery time for items may vary depending on availability. Our staff will confirm availability and exact delivery time after you place your order.
Good to know! You can inquire about availability and delivery time in advance by e-mail or telephone.
When will I receive my items?
The stated delivery time begins after receipt of the order and technical/commercial clarification. Stock items are usually delivered within 5-8 working days within Germany (this may vary for other countries).
Important to know! With the payment term "prepayment", the goods will only be picked after full receipt of payment.
Do you have a question about packaging and shipping costs?
Do workshop presses need to be packaged at all?
Our workshop presses are built to be very robust. However, we have to ensure that all attachments such as cables, hoses and electronics are not damaged during transport.
Good to know! We always try to reduce the packaging content to a minimum. And we strive to replace the packaging materials used with existing, environmentally friendly alternatives.
What costs should I expect?
Due to the large number of product variants, their different sizes and features, different packaging fees arise.
The shipping costs cannot be flat-rate either. These are calculated according to weight and delivery address by the commissioned logistics service provider.
Good to know! As soon as we make you a written offer, both the packaging and shipping costs will be precisely quantified.
Can the shipping costs still be negotiated?
The individually calculated shipping costs correspond to our cost price.
Important to know! Our hydraulic presses have a special height. Accordingly, the costs are higher than standardised pallet transport.

What is included in the delivery of my items?
The scope of delivery is listed for each shop item and usually refers to the individual item.
Good to know! In order to give you as realistic an insight as possible into the respective article, you will usually find a combination of the product with optional accessories in the pictures. Optional accessories are NOT part of the presented offer and therefore NOT included in the scope of delivery.
How do I find the right accessories?
In the “You might also like” section, you will find suggestions for suitable accessories and spare parts, or you can simply browse through our extensive range of accessories.

Can I choose a color?
Our presses are standardly produced in our house color gentian blue.
With optional custom-made products, we also try to realize unusual color requests. Please contact us for more information.
Good to know! We try to do our best to display the items in the right color. However, there may be slight color differences. The cause is due to the different lighting and the setting of the computer monitor.
Do you have a question about the operation of the press?
Are there any rules for initial commissioning?
The system may only be commissioned by qualified personnel. This commissioning must be documented and archived for 10 years starting from the commissioning. If you are unsure, contact the manufacturer and commissioning is not permitted.

What do I need to consider when commissioning?
The press and all attachments - especially safety devices - must be checked for completeness and damage before operation.
The engine must only be started when all operating fluids have been filled! Dry running of the system components must be avoided.
How does the filling with operating materials work?
The press must only be filled with the necessary operating materials at the destination. Hydraulic oil in accordance with DIN 51524, Part 2 must be filled into the hydraulic press's storage tank.
Good to know! Do not use biological hydraulic oils! These damage the fittings, cylinders and pipes.
The filling quantity depends on the installed storage tank and the size. However, the necessary amount of hydraulic oil is always measured according to the following rule:
When the cylinder is fully retracted, the storage tank must be filled to an intermediate level of the oil level indicator installed in the storage tank.
Good to know! Since there may be air in the pipes and the cylinder after transport or a low oil level, the oil level must be checked again after a further 2, 5 and 20 minutes, as well as 5 hours of operation. If necessary, the amount of hydraulic oil must be corrected. During the operating time, the cylinder has to be moved up and down several times. In addition, the full stroke must be driven at least 3 times during the first 20 minutes in one piece.
Do I still have tasks after commissioning?
To ensure the care and safety of the machine, regular maintenance must be carried out by qualified personnel.

Can I change the pressure of my hydraulic press?
Attention! The maximum pressure must not be exceeded! The operating limits of the system must be observed and the operating instructions must be observed!
First of all, you have to extend the lifting cylinder to the stop. To adjust the pressure, you need to remove the protective cap and loosen the nut a little. The pressure can then be changed using the adjusting screw. Set the desired pressure with the lever pressed (lifting cylinder on stop). Then don't forget to tighten the nut again and put the protective cap back on.
